1983 70HP Johnson VRO Outboard motor.
This motor comes with all the controls, prop, oil resevoir, and has tilt/trim. The motor worked fine the last time it was in the water about 4 years ago but has been stored since. Will probably require some maintenance. Before removing it from the boat I did hook it up to a battery. The trim and tilt worked fine, and the motor did turn over. I did not try to get it started. Under the cover it is very clean.
I have no doubt it will run fine with some TLC. If you are interested, the motor can be seen at Powell Marine Service in Menominee. All reasonable offers will be considered.
