All sales are final.
All items are sold in the condition we receive them, although every effort is made to point out defects or flaws.
Once the auctioneer says "sold" the item is yours. The buyer assumes responsibility for that item.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, money orders, traveler's checks or personal and business checks with established credit.
5% buyers fee, 5% discount for cash or personal check.
All items must be removed from the property on auction day unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer or the owner of the property.
Announcements on sale date take precedence over any and all other printed matter or prior announcements.
There are no warranties expressed or implied.
